Curtis Conner founded Tom's House of Hydraulics, Inc. in December 1987 while he was also a 50% owner and Sales Manager of T.H.S. Products in Elk Grove, California.
Tom E. Conner, Curt’s father, established Truck Hoist Systems (T.H.S.) Products in the 1940s. Over the years the business grew from a bumper shop to one of the largest manufacturers of hydraulic hoist, scissor lifts and hydraulic cylinder facilities in California. T.H.S. Products also holds the original patent on the T. H. S. Hi-lift. In 1968, Tom Conner sold T.H.S. Products to his sons, Curtis and Lewis Conner.
In February 1988, Curtis resigned from T. H. S. Products and founded Tom's House of Hydraulics. He incorporated the business in 1992. In December 2002, Curt sold his share of T.H.S. Products stock to his nephew, Patrick Conner, thus freeing Curt to develop his business.
With Curt's vast knowledge and expertise of hydraulic systems, he is able to develop high-quality, reliable products to fit his customers' specifications.
